But I do not teach know-how doing communication between the staff smoothly. It is “to praise it” to have me. The person changes when praised. When a person changes, a quitting a job rate falls, and the business results of a shop and the company rise.

In other words my work draws power of the staff by doing the training “to praise”, and start a result called the achievements improvement of a shop and the company. Therefore I introduce myself as “a consultant” of the personnel training not “a training lecturer”.

In addition, I perform lectures more than approximately 60 times a year at the local chambers of commerce. I got the work of consulting and the lecture through the business activity that was all steady. Of course you should not merely do business steadily. When I do business, there are three things which you must take good care of. It a “list” “product” “schedule.” When I fix these properly and do not act, the business does not go well.

Whom do you approach it for with “the list” how? What kind of thing can oneself contribute to the partner with “the product?” And it means how much you do with “the schedule” during a fixed period of time.

Let’s explain a schedule a little in detail. I decide that I send a business email ten by all means a week. Because the contents of the email “are suggestion of the plans ,” some time suffers though it becomes a long sentence and writes it. Still I decide, “I do it by all means”. This is because it can start 480 emails of 12 times for 40 of them, one year a month just to decide it in this way, and to act.

I worked before in Funai Research Institute, but I left there and changed my job in a ramen shop.

I who had a CD in my hand with a light feeling completely became his fan since I heard it. When I purchased a CD in sequence and listened, I wanted to participate in a live seminar sometime. When I decided independence, the chance came. I knew that a live seminar was held on the next day of the seeds resignation day.

At the moment that I knew, I felt a fatal thing to be. When a schedule slipped off in a day, probably I might not participate in this live seminar. When it was a seminar held for oneself, this appealed and decided participation immediately.

I learn a very big thing by a seminar. “What is it with the purpose of the life?” The way of thinking about the life of James Skinner is very simple. It means, “I live in now” with the purpose of the life. The life is accumulation of “now”. However, many people make a story with oneself from a past event and I am ruled in it and live. Is not so, and live in “now” hard; and the last moments “have finished growing”! Of course learning does not remain in only such a philosophical thing. I was able to learn a skill to help business and the skill that I seemed to be able to use for one’s work including the logical thinking immediately by a live seminar.

I took a lot of actions since I participated in a live seminar and decided it and repeated “now” hard. The result “is now”. There was the participant of the live seminar as 400 people including me. It may be said that I give a result most in that with confidence. Only it is because there is the self-confidence that acted desperately.

United States debut and reason

I who  United States debut became independent, and launched business started business like Japan afterwards in the United States. Specifically, it is consulting of the personnel training to perform for Japanese-person and Japanese running a restaurant, a retail store, the nail salon locally. The important thing is it is work same as Japan. The contents of the business activity that I do to increase clients are the same. Even if the place changes, what I do does not change. I develop these activity around Los Angeles.

It is good and is asked why you are active by loss expressly, but it is extremely a matter of course that work by loss for me.

At the age of 19 years old, I went for the first overseas travel. A destination is L.A. Journey, very impressive event two happened. The thing in the airplane that the first leaves for L.A. I had got a wrong seat of the airplane, but it was an opportunity and had you exchange a seat from economy with business class. Thanks to you, I was able to spend it until loss leisurely.

It is in the hotel where the other stayed at. Double-booking was considered to be it, and a room turned from the twin room into the suite for some reason. When a view opened a window in a very good room, I was able to overlook a town of the loss. I felt, “oneself was welcomed for loss” and, by these two events, wanted to come back here again. This is the origin of the thought to correspond to my loss.

I add it to this origin, and the reason why I am particular about loss is two more. One is my dream. It is a certain historic process among loss and Japanese one more.

I have a dream that I sign on STAPLES and a consultant sometime and want to name STAPLES CENTER “SPIRAL-UP CENTER” once a year.

My dream is the number one in the world; is consulted, and is to become a billionaire. And it is to move the money in the right position. I want to prove that I can create value by the power of the person still more. I want to prove that the sales of the company rise steadily because people working on the site of the world shine. I praise a person inside in the company and make culture to increase. And I decide that, “thank you ,” I make Japanese a world common language.

About process historic as for another reason, it. A lot of Japanese emigrated to loss before the war. However, when World War II begins, they forfeit property and are persecuted. The Company U head whom I sometimes advised it in various ways and sometimes encouraged that it wants to go to the United States. I thank for many precise advice based on business experience by the loss of own. When I was beginning to give up it without succeeding in business in the United States in particular, I had you hang words of the encouragement to enter of the spirit very much.

Without the existence of these people, I make my debut in the United States and continue working and will be what I was not able to raise. I increase more work and think that I must meet the favor of these people.

The world debut is Blanding of the best

世界デビューThe debut in America brought me two big things.

One is the speed of the thought. Anyway, the American thinks about things reasonably. It is asked some question about a purpose and expectation result, cost-effectiveness finely when I suggest it. The speed of the thought became early markedly by coping with such a question every day.

The other is a feeling of thanks for the Japanese service and person. I feel the grain smallness of the service of Japan some other time when in the United States. If I keep the promise properly, and a line is made at the cash register in the convenience store, I open the cash register that I closed quickly and wait on customers. I came to contact with a feeling of thankfulness for a person more by feeling the high level of such faithfulness and waiting on customers some other time.

The feeling of the speed and the thanks of the thought that a debut in America brought. By these two, I came to be able to provide work of more expensive pawn more faithfully. As a result, the work unit price rose, too. The debut in America was a really big event for my carrier.

From these experience, I thought that debut in America, the world debut were one of the methods of Blanding for a seminar lecturer and consulting, the person who did a company or the person who aimed at the company. The business in my United States got on track. Therefore I want to tell the know-how that I obtained by conventional experience to the person who wants to make its debut in the United States and the world.

The project that was born with thought of such me “a world debut project.” I support the person who wants to make its debut in the United States and am a project to support it. Not to mention a seminar lecturer, I support the people to want to open a shop such as restaurants with local acquaintances well.

Please challenge world debut by all means if you pay more attention to the world and work as Blanding and you are bigger and want to grow up. I prepare know-how and acquaintances and wait for you challenge.
